The Austin Healey Sprite Mk 2 was launched in May 1961 as a re vamped 'frogeye'

This later car was redesigned to incorporate an opening boot, but still used the 948cc engine.

In 1962 upgrades saw the introduction of the 1098cc engine and larger 1 1/4" SU carburetor's fitted.

The car we have here today is very much an original spec UK registered car supplied in May 1962 by dealer Premier Motors Birmingham, to its first owner 

In all there are 7 recorded owners of the car with a massive history file showing the car was fully restored in 2017 with a photographic record.

Since that time the car has been used very sparingly covering just 500 miles since.

Supplied with all wet weather gear and full length tonneau cover.
