This car was previously owners by a very active MGCC member who used the car regularly for club rallies, MG's on track etc.

A well-known car in the club the car was built to fast road/track day specifications including Oselli 1950cc stage 2 lightened and balanced engine with a weber 45 DCOE carburettor, New 15" alloy wheels with 185/15 radials fitted. Tubular long branch maniflow exhaust system, electronic ignition, EBC brake discs and pads, fully adjustable Spax front and rear telescopic shock absorbers, large diameter roll bar. battery master switch etc

The car has a large service history of two full files of exploits and invoices.

I replaced my rocker cover with the one from Oselli. Order placed with Claire's advice, it was delivered to me with moderate shipping costs. With its glued cork seal, it enhances the engine of my MGA. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I had the engine out on its first event last weekend. Caledonian rally one day in Kielder forests, second day in the Scottish borders. Only 3 1300 entered so we were amalgamated with 1600. We got a strong result 3rd in class 32nd overall from 75 starters, 1st 1300. I didn't go much above 5000 as still only managed to get about 500 miles on it.
